Transformation - Alphabet Photography Style

Have you ever had a space in your home that just needed that special something? For us, it’s pretty much every space. When we moved to Florida a few months ago, we had to sell or give away pretty much everything we owned, and that included art, frames and decorations of all sorts. And our little apartment is suffering for it!

So you can imagine how amazing it felt to be given a most beautiful piece of art, framed and ready to hang by the folks at Alphabet Photography. If you haven’t heard of it, you probably have seen it somewhere before. You choose a name or word, and a library of over 1000 images will spell out the word for you.

The artwork I received is valued at $169.95 and has a 3” solid wood frame with a dark Chocolate finish accented with gold leaf. Contemporary and sophisticated and elegant, it is the perfect addition to a modern or traditional home. The frame is matted with a museum quality double mat with a V groove.

It is even hand signed and dated by the artist, making it the perfect accent for your home or, if you’re feeling really generous, gift this holiday season.

The item itself is perfectly shipped, snug in its box and even wrapped with a Thank You card and a little bow. I truly felt like a kid on Christmas – which was helped by the fact that the piece was actually FAR larger than I’d anticipated. I obviously hadn’t paid attention to the measurements and expected something a quarter of the size. But the gorgeous work is just PERFECT.

The phrase I chose was Our Family, and the intention is to hang it high and surround it with candid photos of Mark, me and the kids. Of course, that will entail getting some new photo frames so that we can hang them!

For now, I’ve strung it up above our bed, and for the first time our room feels like more than just Mark’s office or a place to sleep. It feels like a peaceful bedroom full of love.
